How long does it take for you to arrive?

In most cases, we will arrive at your location within 30 minutes of the job order being dispatched to our driver.
Can you tow motorcycles?

Yes. We have the necessary equipment needed to safely transport any motorcycle.
Can you bill my insurance?

At this time, we cannot bill your insurance company. You must pay for the service up front and submit the paid invoice to your insurance company and have them reimburse you for the tow.
Do I need to be with my vehicle to have it towed?

No. You do not need to be with the vehicle when it is towed, providing you leave the keys with the car and let us know how you are paying for the service. Our dispatch will accept payment via credit card or you can leave the cash with the car. Common places to leave the keys are under floor mat, in the gas cap, in the ignition or on top of the tire.
My car is lowered, can I still have it towed?"

Yes. Most lowered cars can be safely towed with a conventional tow truck. We have a special truck with a low bed for low cars.
